CHAIR OF IMPERIAL ECONOMIC RELATIONS
MARKETING BOARD GRANTS £IO,OOO. Sun Cable. Received Thursday, 11 p.m. LONDON, Feb. 21.
The Empire Marketing Board has granted £IO,OOO to the London School of Economics for the establishment of a chair of Imperial economic relations. The board is of opinion that the progress of marketing Empire products depends not , merely on the development of biological sciences, but also the scientific study of many economic, problems confronting those engaged in the active development of Empire trade. The new chair will provide an authoritative centre for the study of such problems.
