Mr. Baldwin, with his Cabinet and members of the Commons, gave a reception to General Higgins and the Salvation Army High Councillors before thoir return to their homes throughout the world.
The Daily Express understands Sir W. Inskip has undertaken to advise General Higgins on the redrafting of the deed for tho reorganisation of the Army.
