Horse Doped at Mossvale Races BLINDED AND PARALYSED. SYDNEY,' Jan. 18. A dastardly attack on the racehorse Bronze Fuse, which ran in tho Bong Bong Cup, was made at that town yesterday. Tho animal is suffering intense agony. After Bronze Fuze was unexpectedly defeated in the cup, and had returned to the enclosure, it was apparent that something was wrong with the horse. Mr. Gasien, the amateur rider, dismounted as soon as the winning post was reached and led the horse, which was blind in both eyes and stumbling, back to the enclosure. Mr. Devlin, the chief stipendiary steward, conducted an examination and found that the horse was paralysed in the loins. Mr- Devlin said that it appeared to be a clear case of doping.
