ROAST STEAK WITH PUDDING PUFFS..

Buy 21b. juicy beefsteak cut in one slice about J-inch thick. Prepare a seasoning as follows: One cup fine bread crumbs and one tablespoon butter or dripping; add a pinch of herbs, pepper and salt to taste and one small onion finely minced, mixing together with a little milk.
