Princess Zoubkoff, tho ex-Kaiser’s sister, will begin a lecture tour of Europe and the United States in March. Princess Zoubkoff is married to M. Zoubkoff, a young Russian who some time ago became notorious. Tho Princess will receive £50,000 for tha tour.
