SERB DICTATORSHIP IS ONLY TEMPORARY
Reiterates New Premier RESTORING ORDER IN CIVIL SERVICE ■ “JUSTICE AND SECURITY.’’ Aust. Press Assn.—United Service. Received Monday, 10.5 p.m. BELGRADE, Jan. 13. In a statement to foreign press re* presen tatives, the Premier, General Zivkovitch, emphasised the point that the Government’s task was purely temporary. The Government would begin to adopt measures enabling a return to constitutional life the moment its fundamental programme was completed. The Premier denied alleged secret aims and added that the Government intended to develop existing friendly relations with foreign powers, especially Yugo-Slavia’s neighbours.
The first task was to restore order and discipline in the civil service, with a view to unifying the laws and establishing a reign of justice and security and also to set the finances in order.
