500th ANNIVERSARY FRENCH 'CEREMONIES IN MAY. United Press Association —By Eleetris Telegraph—Copyright. Received Sunday 7.0 p.m. PARIS, Jan. 12 The Papal Legate will conduct a religious ceremony in Orleans cathedral on May 8, commemorating the 500th anniversary of Joan of Arc’s raising the siege of the city. The President of the Republic and Premier will attend and memorial tablets will be erected in every town and village St. Joan traversed between Domremy and Rouen prison.
