Tho Bar Council has upheld a barrister who, at a murder trial, exhorted tho jury to remember that a human life depended on the verdict, which, might be irrevocable Tho Court had deprecated the words, but tho Bar Council considered they did not go beyond the latitude allowable to counsol on important occasions.
