PARIS, Jan.' 9Parliament has reassembled and the prophets are busy forecasting the result of the momentous division on the vote of confidence in the Government. No one now believes the Government will be defeated, it is only a question whether M. Poincare will consider his majority sufficient. Tho Radicals have decided to vote against the Government.
