Buies and Regulations. 1. All Atliletic events run under the Rules of the N.Z. Amateur Athletic Association. 2. All prizes for athletic and novelty events; trophies. 0. In all horse events, the committee to decide the course; two baulks to disqualify. 4. All entries must be in half hour with the secretaries before each event. 5. All events post entry. Handicaps for events 9 and 14 will bo declared on the grounds. 6. Tho decisions of the judges shall bo final in every competition. 7. All protests to be in the hands or the secretaries not later than one hour after tho event in dispute. 8. All disputes to be settled by the general committee and its decision to be absolutely final . / . 9. Competitors when nominating fo: events 9 and 14 must send in resul.3 of the last two performances. 10. In all events; 3 competitors. or no competition; 5 or no second prize. 11. The committee reserve the right to delete, or make any alterations on the programme; of refusing any entry, or abandoning the sports if necessary by weather or other circumstances of which it shall be sole judge. ...
