CREW OF NGATSEIN HELD FOR MURDER

There was a sensational sequel to the loss of the Irrawaddy Flotilla company’s boat Ngatsein, in the Bay of Bengal on about December 19, when 14 members of tho crew appeared on a charge of murdering Captain Penning and the chief engineer, Air. Phillips. Tho latter was first reported a 3 drowned.
