The local condition shows a slight improvement, while the general condition remains satisfactory. King to go to Windsor Castle WHEN UI'ITCiE.N TLY RECOVERED Received Saturday, 2 a.m. LONDON, Jan. 4. It is understood that when the King is sufficiently recovered, he will go to Windsor Castle.
