The Rev. I'. Copeland will conduct both services at the Feilding Methodist church to-morrow.. Holy Communion wit be observed at tho close of the evening service. Mr Samuel Grey, accompanied by Mrs Grey, returned to Feilding from Tail ms.! uii u i by the main trunk express yesterday morning. While visiting his, daughter, Mrs .0. McLcuuun, Mr Grey suffered a stroke and has been seriously ill ever since. He was met on arrival yesterday by several bowling friends, who assisted him to his home. At the Hamilton Caledonian sports, Miss 1). fcjhnplcski, of Feilding, was second in both the South Auckland championships for the Seaun Truibhas and Keel o’ Tulloch. Miss Shapleski tied with Miss Gladys Smyth, of Wellington, for the cup for the most points in championship dancing. Big figures were reached at the Feilding Farmers’ Freezing works on Thursday, when 3800 sheep and lambs were handled by a board of 40 butchers. Both the number and quality of th lambs, this season is likely to create a record for Feilding.
