Shoes with heels 4in. high aro said to be have caused the death of Miss Sylvia Saunders, head attendant at tho Hoi born Schools, Mitcham (Eng.). Miss Saunders fell down a flight of stairs, fractured her skull, and died the nex£ day. The superintendent said that Miss Saunders gave her age in her application form as 33, but he had good reason to believe that she was 44. She always wore shoes with 4in. heels. She was believed to be the daughter of a Baptist minister.
