FRANCOCHINESE TREATY
MOST FAVOURED NATION PROVISIONS. United Service. Received Thursday, 8.30 p.m. PARIS, Jan. 2. The new Eranco-Chinese treaty abolishes the previous treaty and contains provisions regarding tariffs. It provides for China’s tariff autonomy and the mutual apffplication of most favoured nation treatment will bo operative immediately it is ratified.
