<s> CREAM, SUPPOSING you are in the <S> habit of purchasing half pint <& cream to help with Sunday's <s> dinner. Get, quarter pint instead, A <S> and, just before using, treat it <s■ in the following way: Put cream A <S> in basin with three tablespoons # <j> cold water, sugar to taste and A <*> quarter teaspoon vanilla and ; <j> whip. You will find it whips to <s> a stiff froth, and is just as nice <5 <s> as pure cream. It goes twice as A <S> far as pure cream, and is much | <S> easier to digest. If using for X. <s> cake fillings, add some dissolved X <s>.. gelatine. A <£>
