TERRACE END SCHOOL
BAZAAR TO-DAY. The public are reminded that the Bazaar to raise funds for the improvement of ''tho grounds of the Terrace End School will bo held this afternoon from 1.30 to 8.30 p.m., the opening ceremony to be performed .by the Mayor (Mr. A. J. Graham). Not only parents and others interested in tho school; but also , tho staff and pupils, have been working very hard in view of the function, and it is hoped that sufficient will be raised to enable the committee to .(■ complete the present scheme for beautifying and improving the surroundings of the school. Tho ladies will haye for sale plain and fancy work, cakes, sweets, flowers and pi educe, and a feature will be the jumble stall, which yvjlPbo stocked witi a varied selection of articles of clothing. Afternoon, tea will be available at a moderate charge, and bran tubs and an Aunt Sally will make an appeal to tho youngsters. As. the work of improvement is now well advanced, those who attend will have the opportunity of inspecting the impro’Ycments,
