C. Thomas, £47 11s 4d, costs £4 2s Gd. Judgment Summonses. Manawatu Meat and Cold Storage Co. Ltd., (Mr Grant) obtained an order against S. Parker for the payment of £lO 13s 7d, in default. 10 days’ imprisonment. The warrant will be suspended provided £1 per month is paid off the debt. . S. Parker was ordered to pay the Manawatu Farmers ’ Freezing and Bacon Company, Ltd., (Mr Grant) the sum of £25 2s Id, in default 21 days imprisonment. The warrant is to be suspended provided £2 per month, be paid off the debt. f

An order on behalf of P. E. Thomas (Mr Gordon), was made against E. Miles for the payment of the sum of £7 in default 7 days imprisonment, the warrant to be suspended providing £1 be paid off the debt each month.' , J. McColl was ordered to pay Withers and Campbell, Ltd., (Mr. Grant) the sum of £3 15s 4d, in default 4 days’ imprisonment. ’.
