; V BUENOS AIRES. , : j Hipolito Irigoyen and Fhncisco Beiro have been proclaimed Pcsident and Vice-President of Argentina, respectively,’by overwhelming majorities of the colleges which met in Buenos Aires and the capitals of 14 provinces.
