VALEDICTORY
ME ANGUS MeINTYEB. Mrs' and Miss Goldfinch, of Duke Street, entertained the teaching staff of St. Paul’s Sunday School on Thursday evening when the opportunity was taken to bid farewell to Mr Angus McIntyre on the eve of his departure for Waikanao. * - The superintendent, Mr Buist, referred to the faithful services rendered by Mr Mclntyre and the esteem in which ho was held by his fellow teachers and the boys of his class. Ho expressed the sincere regret of his- associates in losing so valuable a worker in the young.people’s movement’s in St. Paul's Church.
Mr Mclntyre was presented’with a handsomely bound Schofield. Teachers’ Bible, inscribed by a fellow teacher. A pleasant social evening terminated with a hearty vote of thanks to the hostesses for , their generous hospitality.
