Received Thursday, 7.5 p.m. LONDON, July UK Railway directors and Union representatives had a long friendly conference, at which the unfavourable financial position of tho railways was reviewed. Tho Unions will consider suggestions, one of which is a temporary five per cent, reduction of directors’ fees and all salaries and wages above £3 a week.
