The facts were that another man actually stole tho machine and asked the accused to pawn it. Accused kept guard while the theft was committed. Ayling was before tho Court last week when ho got three months for the theft of a ring from a package of stolen jewellery ho was minding for a friend. He will now servo an additional month.
