ALBERT E. RUSSELL’S IMPRESSIONS. Eotarians at their weekly meeting yesterday, were taken for an international Rotary tour by Eotarian Albert Russell of Wellington, who has recently returned, from a trip round tho world. Mr. Russell, who is a noted humorist and “joy germ” carrier, delighted his audience for half an houl with a racy description of Rotary’a growth and influence in America, England and Europe. He stressed the value of the sixth object —international goodwill—and showed how the Rotary movement was fostering this great objective in every country in the world.

On tho motion of Eotarian Alfred Seifert, a very hearty vote of thanks was passed to Eotarian Eussoll for his address.
