AMERICAN WOMAN BREAKS ALL RECORDS
ENDURANCE SWIM OF 47 HOURS. United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright Received Monday, 7.30 p.m. NEW YORK, May 20. At Chicago, Mrs. Myrtle Huddleston at 10 o’clock Sunday night, swimming forty-seven hours without rest, shattered the endurance record for men and women. Later. Mrs Huddleston was taken from tho water early on Monday after a record swim of fifty hours ten minutes fifteen and four-fifths seconds.
