The winner of any race after the declaration of tho weights may be xehandicapped by the handicapper. RULES AND REGULATIONS. All Races to bo run under tho Kcw Zealand Rules of Racing. , ACCOMMODATION. Loose Boxes situated on tho Course may be rented at a charge of 25s and paddocks 10s. for the Meeting. Board and Lodging for Trainers, Jockeys and Attendants is available on the Course at a charge of 10s. per day for each person, but with a minimum charge of 10s.
