NEW YORK TOO, HAS OUT-OF-WORK PROBLEM

Upon tho i-eport of Industrial Commissioner Hamilton, Governor Smith of New York, took steps to relieve Hie unemployment situation. Ho advised State and County supervisors to speed up public works, and thus to provide more jobs. Governor Smith also issued an order that members of Cabinet hasten State building construction projects. Tho report stated that conditions in New York State are worse than at any time since 1921,
