ATOTICE is hereby given that it is ’ the intention of the Kairanga County Council to borrow the sum of One Thousand nine ' hundred pounds (£1900) under the provision of ' the ‘ I Local Bodies Loans Act, 1926, ’ * for. a period of twenty (20) years at a rate of interest not. to exceed six pounus (£6) per centum per annum and to provide for the repayment thereof by establishing a Sinking Pund of not loss than Two pounds (£2) per centum per annum for the purpose of:---Roncwing three bridges in (he Managonc Riding namely, Derby Creek Bridge . situated . on th Kairanga-Bunnythorpc Road, Bullocky Creek Bridge situated on Napier Road and ' Mangaonc Bridge situated Robert’s Line. AND for the payment of interest on such sura and the repayment of principal, the Kairanga County Council proposes to make a special rate • of Nineteen four hundred and. .fiftieths (19/450ths) of a penny in the £ over all rateable property in the whole of the Mangaono Riding. . Such rate to be an annually recurring rate for twenty (20) years or until the loan is fully paid off. The cost of raising the said loan and the interest and Sinking Pund for the first year is not to be pai'd out of the loan. v • AND a Poll will be taken on Thursday, the 22nd day of March, 1928, at the Office of the Kairanga • : County Council, Rangitikci Street, Palmerston North between the hours of 9. a.m. and 6 p.m. for the purpose of obtaining the ratepayers’ consent to 'such loan.
