BAIL REFUSED WHERE EVIDENCE NOT HEARD
(Poi Press Association.) ' HAMILTON, Last Night. An arrest was made to-day of Charles Henry Bustin. aged 36, single, a well-known grocer, who was charged with a serious offence against a 14-years old boy. A remand was granted till February 22. The Magistrate refused bail, saying that he declined taking that course where evidence had not been heard in cases of that nature. Detective Cullotty stated that five other charges probably will be preferred
