Stocks of potatoes on spot arc light and the’ market is distinctly firm a! £7 10s. a ton. The oats market continues dull with no quotable change in values. 15 Cartons at 4s. 2d. per bushel ex store are cheap feed, but even this rate does not scorn to stimulate coinsumption. Chaff is inclined to be easier, as milder weather is restricting the demand. Maize is weaker owing to heavy supplies. Onions arc unaltered. 11 Wholesale current prices arc as follow; —Local sharps, fS ss. per ton Australian, £0 10s. Bran, £3 15s. per ton. Oat pollard, £S 10s. per ton. Now Zealand oats, seed B Cartons, 4s. 2d., A's 4s. sd. per bushel. Wheat, New Zealand, Ss. 6d. to Ss. 9d. Maize ex store, Gs. Gd, to 6s. 9d.; ex wharf, ss. • Gd. per bushel. Barley, feed ss. 9d. per bushel, Capo seed 7s. Gd. per bushel. Maizemcal, 16s. Gd. per 1001 b. Barley meal, 13s. .per 1001 b.
