BADLY FITTING SHOES
It docs not sound as if this had any direct bearing on beauty, but it has. Many women buy shoes, because they are pretty or fashionable, and give very little thought as to whether they really fit well. A shoe that is too tight does not • make the foot look smaller, and, anyway,' the discomfort caused is not worth the difference. It is extremely bad for the internal organs and inevitably causes wrinkles on the face. A shoe that is too big has much the same effect, as It flops up and down, brings the ankle over and jars the spine.
