, OBITUARY. ■ ,‘T % The death occurred, at • his",reii* , dence, Union Street, : Foxtbnv last evening of Mr F. A. Wllftains; -who, for the past 14 months had'sulfered i a lingering illness as : a result’ of 'an accident. Deceased was 44 ago and was exceedingly, well-known throughout the district. Prior to. the Shannon bridge being washed away he was engaged in mail, carrying, .and a few years ago was an ardent supporter of the Foxton, Football- Club. He acted as coach to the fourth-grade team which,held practlcally am unbeaten record. The late MrWllliains ; was of an unassuming disposition and held in high esteem by a wide circle of friends who will regret his" demise. He leaves a wife and 7 child boys and 2 girls—the eldest pf whom is 18 years of age. ■ ■ ' : ■ r ;”
