MISERY AND FAMINE IN MOROCCO

There has been no rain for a month. People of the Sus district are starving and ■ crops are withering in the hunger-stricken country. The population are crowding into Marrakesh. It has become a vast problem how to keep the tribesmen alive till next year’s crops are harvested.
