LONDON, March .31, The secret of what Englishwomen will be wearing this season was revealed in a draper's exhibition to-day as golf plus fours louder than man ever wore, silk hose, , high-heeled shoes, gartered shirts (it is a skirt ballooned, up a,nd fastened tightly at the knee), neat blank waistcoats, severely cut (in all kinds of materials, and of all shapes and all colours, yellow, red, green, violet, or a mixture of all) sleeveless cardigans (all the colours of a spectrum, with a few added); Useful skirts, likely to be popular, with buttons at the front, and camouflage plus fours. : Evening will see a return to femininity, with soft-flowing garments, frills and' draperies, emphasising' slimness, in sharp contrast with the daytime mannishness,.,.
