MARAUDERS’ SMALL HAUL

ENTRY EFFECTED TO LOCAL ■ : PREMISES,'. ; A quantity of goods and some loose change were removed by burglars, who effected an entrance’ to the premises of Messrs. Cblllnson and. Son, Broadway, over the week-end. The marauders first gained access to the establishment per medium of a skylight, and then lowered themselves to the floor with the aid of sa length of hose. Once inside they concentrated their operations on the office, from which they relieved a few pbunds in loose change!' - - • r Their haul apparently being insufficient, they next directed their energies towards the adjoining premises of Messrs. Collinson and Cunning■hafhe, Ltd., and, after forcing the lock of a connecting fire-proof door, were baffled completely when they en. countered a second a foot back.M’j While they later visited Messrs.
