NEW DAIRY CO. AT GLEN OROUA
A statutory meeting of the Tui Cooperative Dairy Co. Ltd,, was held at Glen Oroua last evening. _ Mr. F. Farmer was appointed chairman of directors, the other directors being Messrs. H. McMillan, W. C. Scott, J. P. Larson and J. Boyce.
A vote of thanks was accorded the retiring directors, Messrs, Robinson and W. Anion. Mr. A. E. Mansford was appointed secretary and Messrs. Dempsey and Litchfield auditors. At a special general meeting of shareholders, the Glen Oroua Cooperative Dairy Coy. went into voluntary liquidation as the whole Of the assets had been disposed of to the Tul Co-operative Company, their successors.
