DEFAULTING BANK CLERK
SENTENCE DEFERRED [Per Press Association.} DUNEDIN, Last Night. William Alfred Sandman, the bank* teller whose case was adjourned yesterday .appeared for sentence before Mr. Justice Sim this morning, on a charge of the theft of £6GO from the Bank of Australasia. The case was further adjourned till Monday next so as to enable Sandman’s relatives In Christchurch to be communicated with to see if restitution can he made.
