MOTHER KILLS CHILD
; COMMITTED FOR TRIAL. [Per Prcra Association.] The tragedy of May 30, at Sumner, when Elizabeth Ellen Robinson killed her month-old. baby by gashing its throat with a table knife, had its sequel in the Magistrate’s Court this morning, when Mrs. Robinson was phnrged before Sir. H. P. La wry, S.M. with murdering her child. Evidence a.long the lines of that given at the inquest was heard, after which accused was committed to the Supreme Court for trial on November 17.
