Wheat.--No business in millers’ parcels of old wheat, which is nominally' 6s 7d,- but a small-quantity of new! season’s. wheat is being purchased in tho country- for immediate. delivery at 5s 6d, which is equal to 6s Id ex trucks in Sydney. Flour.—For export, £l4 f.o.b. local £ls 10s. Oats.—Tasmanian Algerian ss, white 5s to 5s 3d. Maize.—South African, 6s 9d.
Potatoes.—Tasmanian, £l4 to £2O: Now Zealand, £lO to £11; local £l4 to £l7; Victorian, £l7 to £23. ADELAIDE, Oct. 28. Wheat—Growers’ lots 6s to 6s Id; parcels nominally, 6s 4cl.' Flour.—Bakers' lots, £ls. Oats. 3s. MELBOURNE, Oct. 28.
At tho hides sales, the market was a general one, but ■ values were unchanged.
