The chairman of the committee, Mr. N. D. Stubbs, presided, and after apologising for the absence of Mr. D. W. Low. Mr. and Mrs. C. Sam Hodge, lan Hamilton, May Hamilton: tenderfoot badge, Scout. Ray Olson. Thirty cubs also received badges.
