LEGAL ACTION AGAINST DAIRY PRODUCE BOARD
COMES BEFORE PULL COURT ON OCTOBER 19. The beginning of the case in which certain dairy producers aro proceeding against the Dairy Control Board and claiming exemption from the provisions of the Act for their produce, were heard in the Supreme Court on Monday when the Registrar took the evidence of a witness. This will be used when tho case is argued before the Full Court ’on October 19th. , _ v
