She arrived at Paris and consulted a lawyer, who is asking for £IOO, 000 insurance on her children and her own life.

She points out she agreed to separate from her husband, and even consented to re-marriage, understanding this was merely formal because of dynastic reasons.

Madame Lambrino argues that since the Prince’s renunciation to the Throne, ho is no longer tied by dynastic reasons, consequently she is entitled to relief from him. and calls upon the Prince to appear at Court to answer the claim, in three days.
