TURNED TURTLE
CREW OF JAPANESE STEAMER RESCUED. [By Electric Cable —Copyright.] [Auat and N.Z. Cable Association.] (Received Friday, 8.5 p.m.) NEW YORK, March 4. A telegram from Washington, states that the Japanese steamer Horaisan Maru, bound for Japan, turned turtle and sank at Gray's Harbour on Thursday night All the members of the crew are believed to have been rescued. Later. Forty-eight men of the Horaisan Maru’s crow have been picked up. It is believed they comprise the entire crew.
