SO READ THE RESULT Propelled a 2-seater Ford car -with, spark plugs removed and with three passengers, 11J minutes on top gear, the first five minutes going up a slight incline. Given five minutes rest. Starter switch pressed down and car propelled two minutes, spark plugs replaced, turned engine two minutes, then started engine. Ran car half a mile when generator charged 7 amps. Switched off magneto and stopped engine. Starter switch pressed down and turned engine one minute. Uncoupled battery, voltage test, six volts, and registered 46 amps. Bach coll pushed Ammeter hard over,.so next day secured a large Startometer reading up to 2000 amps. Tested battery, which had not been charged, when each cell registerd 900 amps.
