Tho “Dally Telegraph’s” Berlin correspondent states that the Prague newspaper? announce the birth of a boy in Czecbo-Slovakla with a heart outside the chebt. The child has already lived a week, though his strength Is rapidly ebbing. The heart which has now been fortified by stimulants, has been protected by a glass bell and has been under the doctors' continuous observation. The heart's movements have been registered on several hundred yards of film. This is the first time In history that such a prolonged observation has been obtained of the activity of the human heart and it is believed the result will be of great scientific value.
