DUKE OF LEINSTER FILES PETITION. [By Electric Cable—Copyright.] [Aust. and N.Z. Cable Association.] (Received Wednesday, 7.50 p.m.) LONDON, January 6. The “Daily Chronicle’’ states that the Duke of Leinster has filed an action against the Duchess, formerly Mary Etheridge, the actress and has also cited F. O. Newell as co-’de-fender. The Duke, in 1918, sold the reversionary Interest in the Leinster estates to Sir Henry Mallaby-Deeley, the English millionaire, for £67,000, re'ceiving an annuity of £IOOO.
