The annual report .of the Canterbury Frozen Meat and Dairy Produce Export Company, Limited, says that the net profit for the year ended November 30, was £21,176 2/11, which, with the amount brought forward from last year, makes tho amount at credit to profit and loss account £26.365 11/10. Out of this a further addition has been made to renewal* reserve fund and after such apportionment and deducting the dividend' oaid at th e half-year there remains tho sum of £13,365 11/10 which tin* directors propose should be dealt with as follows: To the payment of a further dividend of three per cent, on preference and six per cent, on ordinary shares £9750, to carry forward , £4115 11/10.
