HAMILTON’S HUSBAND’S DIVORCE. [Per Press Association.] HAMILTON, November 30. A defended divorce action was heard in the Supreme Court before Mr. Justice Herdman and a jury. Petitioner, Albert Edward Vare, and respondent, Edith Vare, formerly had a music store, while co-respondent, John Fisher, was formerly a land agent in the town. Petitioner claimed £SOO damages from co-respondent. The jury found that adultery had been committed and granted petitioner £275. A decree nisi was granted. Costs were granted to petitioner on th e higher scale. The damages were ordered to bo paid into Court within SO days.
