OLD DONEGAL'S MAN OEUVRES. LONDON, November 28. Dublin reports that Ministers O’Higgins (vice-president and Minister... of Justice), MGilligan (Industry and Commerce) and Attorney-General O’Byrne left for London to participate in another boundary conference.
