SIR CHARLES PERGUSSON GRAND MASTER, [Per Press Association.] DUNEDIN, Last Night. His Excellency, Sir Charles irergussion, was installed as Grand Master of New Zealand Freemasonry at the Exhibition buildings this evening. The ceremony being conducted by Mr. J. J. Dougall, past G.TVI. i The Deputy-Grand Master appointed for the year is Mr. George Russell of Wellington; Senior Grand Warden Mr..A. H. Hobbs, Christchurch; Junior G. Warden, Mr. A. P. Cheyne, Otago; Provincial Grand Masters; Wellington. Mr. H. G. Tegle; Otago. Mr. W. Lishlner; Southland. Mr. E. G. Smith; Mr. A. J. Graham; Hawke’s Bay, Mr. C. H. Critchley; West Coast, Mr. E. Dunn; Nelson and Marlborough G. Shrimpton; Taranaki,, Mr. G, W. Rogers; Canterbury Mr, W. Mcßride; Auckland, Mr. Oliver Nicholson. EHs Excellency, in his address from the chair, took as a motto the necessity for loyalty, as exemplified In service to the craft, to King and to the community.
