NO PLAUSIBLE reason for invading BULGARIA. ANTICIPATED LEAGUE REPORT, LONDON, November 25. The Sofia correspondent of “The Times” states that he has received reliable information that the Rumbold Commission appointed by the League of Nations to investigate the recent Graeco-Bulgarian dispute, declares that Greece was the aggressor, and had no plausible reason for invading Bulgaria, who is consequently entitled to reparation for the damage done to her territory.
